Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

- A replacement or refund will be provided after inspection
Change of Mind / Customer Remorse
If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (wrong size, no longer wanted, etc.):
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@gourmua.com with your order number and return reason.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the item using the instructions provided in the return authorization email.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received:

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
