You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • A replacement or refund will be provided after inspection

Change of Mind / Customer Remorse

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (wrong size, no longer wanted, etc.):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@gourmua.com with your order number and return reason.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item using the instructions provided in the return authorization email.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received:

  • Items will be inspected for eligibility.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timing:

  • Processing time:  7 business days (Monday to Friday) after approval
  • Banking processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
